TENDERMANAGEMENT

In consultation with Sales and / or Operation, working out text and calculation for European tenders and monitoring deadlines. The service consists of:

• Coordination of the quotation process, (international) offers and tender, including the delivery of the quotation,
• Responsible for the timeframe and monitoring on deadlines,
• Administrative support of the tender process, including taking care of all correspondence,
• Supporting sales / operations in preparing customer and company presentations,
• Contact person for customer and involved departments within the organization,
• Provide (management) reports,
• Coordination work resulting from tenders and transfer work to other departments,
• Implementation of tenders with a succesful result
• Evaluation tender process after completion
